Research & Advocacy

Program design, stakeholder engagement, industry and policy analysis, and evaluation.

I bring extensive experience in industry analysis and systems thinking to every project. My approach is future-focused, assessing and translating emerging trends to create impactful pathways to change. To ensure we achieve our goals, I design and implement evaluation frameworks and tools that measure progress effectively.

I can also conduct comprehensive analysis and evaluation planning for your organisation or project. This includes detailed desktop research of relevant strategies, plans, policies, and programs at both national and international levels. I identify best practices, complementary efforts, and integration opportunities, synthesising these findings for both internal and external stakeholders.
