I specialise in supporting the design and development of long term strategies with for-purpose Boards and organisations, including a review of existing plans and co-devising new initiatives. I can help you articulate an ambitious vision underpinned by a realistic, timely, and achievable roadmap.

As a facilitator, I bring an approachable and curious communication style, alongside extensive content knowledge across governance, strategy, partnerships, policy, compliance, creative processes and audience development, commercial activity, and industry development.

Through my one-on-one or collective coaching and mentoring work, I bring a human-centered approach to supporting people to succeed in their roles and workplace. I have a particular focus on providing executive role support. Working with executives and leaders, I support leaders to be courageous, generous, and productive.

I bring a wealth of experience with co-design and systems thinking processes. My approach is future-focussed, assessing and translating trends as they emerge. This is enhanced by my experience of designing pathways to change. And to be sure we’re achieving what we set out to, I develop and implement a range of evaluation frameworks and tools to measure progress as we go.

I can also undertake detailed analysis and evaluation planning for your organisation or project. This includes desktop research of relevant strategies, plans, policies and programs nationally and internationally. I will identify best practice, complementary efforts, integration opportunities, and synthesise these key findings for both internal and external stakeholders.
